You can use the “Feelings when your needs are satisfied” when you are journaling and looking for new ways to describe the amazing things you recognize about your day! You can use the “Feelings when your needs are not satisfied” when working through a tapping script which you will see down below! There is power when you can express ourselves as we truly are and knowing we have tools for any and all feelings… which you will continue to develop throughout the program!
