Tapping Demonstration

Follow along as we go through two variations of the everyday tapping script. You can use this basic script for ANYTHING! I want you to tap on the same thing until you feel yourself taking a deep breath or feeling a release. For me, I know I am done tapping when I become calmer and feel more peaceful, and/or my desire for the food drops significantly. Below is a tapping script for you to download and save for your personal use.
