EFT and NLP Sessions with Me
I am happy to announce that I am also open for sessions that are not connected to my program!
You can schedule 1, 6 or 12 sessions to do the EFT tapping subconscious work with me and soon I will be incorporating NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques as well.
If you are new to working with me or to EFT in general, let me tell you a little more! EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an alternative therapy for physical pain and emotional stress. It is also referred to as tapping and/or psychological acupressure. Gary Craig, one of the main developers of EFT believes that disruption in energy is the cause of both physical pain and negative emotions. For me, tapping has been the main technique, after spending 10 years of searching, that has allowed me to overcome my emotional connection to food!
As I will be incorporating more NLP techniques also into my sessions, I want to introduce you to it! Neuro Linguistic Programming is how we use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes! We use submodalities like anchors, strategies, and values to improve more consistent mind patterning! We can also create desired outcomes based on formulating appropriate specific goals!
In an actual session, I guide you through the work in your subconscious to find stored negative beliefs in your past and support you doing the work to heal those beliefs! My focus and training is in emotional eating but the more work I do with clients, I recognize more and more the patterns with other addictions and current forms of sabotage are all connected! I can guide you through the work needed for you connected to anger, boundaries, past traumas, and places in your life where you may have lost your personal power!
Since I get several similar questions, I am going to share some of the most common here!

Q: How long is a typical session?
A: Sessions can vary in length depending on what work your brain is willing to do during the session. I schedule an hour and we use the full hour most of the time!
Q: What if memories come up that do not feel safe?
A: You do not have to live through any memory or experience that is extremely painful or was not safe. I can help you guide your subconscious, in a sense, “rewind” and “fast forward” to do the work before and after the memory that has come up for you, which still creates the cleansing and healing work around the beliefs stored because of the experience.
Q: Do you work with client virtually or locally?
A: Both! I love the power of technology and if we meet virtually, it will be on Zoom with a link you get when you schedule with me! You will tap on yourself with the points that I teach you!
Q: How many sessions do most people need?
A: It is really based on your past experiences and the extent of your current negative patterns! From what I have seen, I feel like 12 is a great goal when you are first getting started and creating an amazing base of healing work for you to continue moving forward!
Q: Is this like a therapy session?
A: I am not a licensed therapist and do not diagnose or promise to treat and/or cure any disorder, disease, or mental state. I am a certified life and performance coach, NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programming) practitioner and EFT Emotional Eating Tapping Specialist.
Q: Do you offer any refunds?
A: No, currently I do not offer any refunds. You are paying for sessions AS IS.
Q: What if I join Intuitively You and have already paid for sessions?
A: Anything already paid for single sessions can be put into any of my programs, but not the other way around!
Q: How do I know I can trust you with whatever comes up in a session?
A: I state in your initial disclosure my promise to keep your information confidential! I am the only one through Huntress Coaching that sees the forms submitted!
